一甲子傳紀

子曰：「吾十有五而志於學，三十而立，四十而不惑，五十而知天命，六十而耳順，七十而從心所欲，不踰矩。」（論語‧為政）孔子在晚年留下這38字的編年史—稱之為「傳紀」，成為中華文化的寶貴資產。

勤學聖哲之道，回首來時路，自己的「傳紀」應該可以這樣寫：「吾九歲而志於學，十有二當家，二十有一創造台灣的精密工業，六十載春夏秋冬為利他劬勞，七十仍行道不二。」

一甲子大事紀如下：

余自1965年乙巳蛇年當家以來，草創成光金屬加工廠於甘蔗板之中；歲僅一載，精技遠勝美日德同業，以超精細愛列多贏得美商訂單，助阿波羅四號凌霄九天，佐美國贏得太空競賽。

1970年庚戌之歲，從真空管轉型至電晶體時代，助鄉親脫舊入新機。

1974甲寅之年，蒙經國先生親書「利用厚生」，並諭曰：「郭立昌者，台灣精密工業之父也！」服役於預官26期，從少尉排長被調至擔任104師監察官，樹立綱紀。

1977年丁巳蛇年，台南市長蘇南成採余建議，開闢中華東西南北路—啟動外環道路風潮，繼矽谷聖荷西之後，締盟堪薩斯城為姐妹市，幫助實現1980年代雷根經濟學。

1986年丙寅之歲，倡議「社會責任投資」(SRI)，創新產業以解決失業，引進「衛星接收器」，促成台灣產業轉型成功，同年發明「非接觸式電商系統」(TES)，進而贏得1998年戊寅虎年APEC「電商法案」，為九七亞洲金融風暴的受災國帶來重生之契機。

2009年己丑之歲，復於APEC領袖會議貢獻「重建全球經濟」(Rebuilding the Global Economy)之道，助世界走出金融海嘯的無底坑。

及至2020年庚子鼠年新冠蔓延期間，TES之「非現金系統」(Cashless System)年交易額高達36兆美元，惠及15億蒼生，使居家可賺世界錢，其中的「網際電話」(Interphone免費電話)更成為人人日用的必需品。

貢獻造福世界的新科技經濟系統(TES)

今2025又乙巳循環回蛇年，六十載光陰輪轉，即使行至「從心所欲」之齡，然世局變幻，碳風橫吹，和氏璧亂象復起，余一本初心，仍深思突破之策，盼助鄉親化碳流為金流，開創未來百年康莊大道。

茲賦詩一首《一甲子傳紀》：

乙巳蛇年轉一輪，

六十載春夏秋冬。
巧技領路登霄凌，
精密之父贏太空。

風霜歷盡志猶真，

厚生名傳動閣臣。
創新產業啟光明，
非現金網濟黎民。
今逢碳劫勤尋宗，
願化金流護國春。

與孔夫子的傳紀不同之處，在於個人長年身處「瞽叟夫妻與象 日以殺舜為樂」之事，為維護家聲，必須致力於「一個碗蓋個白賊」—保護碗不要被掀開，以至於每日處於高張力的狀態，造成每日二時即起，忙碌無休，數十年如一日；幸蒙天佑，居然還能達「從心所欲」之齡。面對未來，仍持清心虛欲，順道而行。

作者郭立昌早年創造台灣的精密工業，為APEC領袖會議代表、第三部門專家，倡議「反貪腐(AC)/ 非現金(Cashless)/ 電商(E-Com)/ ICT/ IPR/ IIA-TES/ 微企(MB)…」贏得國際法案。
